This home spans three stories, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The hot tub, sauna, and gym equipment are for adults 18+ only. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10pm in accordance with city regulations. Noise, occupancy, and smoking detection devices are installed indoors and on outdoor areas to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors—these do not record audio. Garage parking is available for one vehicle, with additional paid street parking nearby. Two garage remotes are provided inside the home; please return them at checkout to avoid a replacement fee.
