Fantastic house! Three bathrooms three bedrooms, each very well appointed with conveniences like big tvs, chargers, and comfortable, well placed furniture.
The outdoor bar/bbq area is awesome with a gas fire pit, another tv!, a separate 4th sleeping quarters/game room, hot tub, outdoor shower, setup to play bags, and parking for a large suv, behind an automatic gate! Walk to a brewery and pizza place in seconds, walk the beach and downtown in less than 10mins. We will be hard pressed if we have to stay elsewhere next time we come to Santa Barbara. Sure there’s a train a few blocks away and you may hear live music outside from close by, awesome establishments, but they weren’t at all excessive or disruptive to anyone in my family. To the contrary, we enjoyed every bit of what was close by. Funny enough, some people were walking by as we were walking out (to walk to the cool funk zone), and the people remarked about how awesomely it would be to live/stay at this location!!!

House was great! Had all the amenities you need. Backyard with hot tub, fire pit, TV and bar were great for relaxing after a round of golf. Three bars with live music just around the corner and an easy walk to all the restaurants and wineries on State St. / Funk Zone. Hope to make it our regular spot for the annual golf trip.

Really enjoyed our stay at Curt’s place. Most thoughtful amenities of any Airbnb we have stayed in - from common cooking staples to zip loc bags(!) to a sauna. Definitely will stay here again if we return to San Diego!

Such a great place to stay- the hot tub and backyard amenities were such an added bonus! The place was nice and clean, and very comfortable! Would recommend staying here, perfect for a nice quiet fun getaway!

We had an amazing time at Greg’s place celebrating our wedding weekend. We had an exceptional time and enjoyed everything this place had to over.
Would highly recommend Greg’s place to anyone needing a place in Santa Barbara.

My family and I just finished a two day stay at Greg’s beautiful Santa Barbara home. House looked even better than the photographs. Everything is well organized, clean and updated. The bedrooms were a perfect size for our group. Walking distance to not only the ocean, but several restaurants stores breweries. Although our stay was short, every person staying in the home mentioned at least once how much they would like to stay there an additional week. Greg was a great host and I would definitely return.

This place was wonderful! The highlight was the amazing outdoor space. We used the hot tub everyday and took showers under the stars in the outdoor shower. We appreciated the simple things like labeled light switches and family games. Incredible location!! We walked to almost every meal. We had plenty of space for 5 people, but I do think it might be tight for a larger party. There are 2 bars and a train station near house which did not bother us but thought it was worth mentioning. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a great time! A group of 4 - some of us hadn't seen each other in over a decade, so it was lovely to have spaces to come together (couch for late night talks, pool table for challenges, upstairs patio for morning coffee), but also split off for solo recharge time.
Greg was super responsive - especially when we couldn't find the pool triangle: he ordered a new one that showed up the next day! The entire place was very clean and well-appointed, down to the little things like chip-clips and cotton swabs.
Neighborhood was absolutely walkable; we didn't move the car from the garage until we checked out. Great food and coffee super close, with Gaslamp and the marina an easy walk.
We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful, house location was excellent. Walkable to everything. House was an excellent choice, all rooms were big and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need- Our girls weekend was amazing !! I highly recommend this home for your next vacation

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless and very inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers felt like a little spa moment. The hot tub was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending evenings outside by the fire pit playing corn hole and relaxing in the chairs. It was the perfect mix of comfort and fun. We would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!
