Our stay was wonderful, house location was excellent. Walkable to everything. House was an excellent choice, all rooms were big and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need- Our girls weekend was amazing !! I highly recommend this home for your next vacation

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The home was spotless and very inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers felt like a little spa moment. The hot tub was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending evenings outside by the fire pit playing corn hole and relaxing in the chairs. It was the perfect mix of comfort and fun. We would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We absolutely loved Greg’s place. All the beds were comfy , the master bed room had a huge TV perfect for laying around watching movies . The kids loved all the games and it kept them busy for hours . The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the afternoons also . Place was spotless and had everything we needed . Definitely 5 Stars all the way !

The house was perfect for a weekend away with my family! The game room was a hit with the kids and the backyard was so cute for everyone to hang out. The location was super accessible to the freeways and easily walkable to the beach, State Street, the children's museum, etc. Would go back.

Greg’s place is a true Santa Barbara gem! It is in ideal proximity to the downtown and funkzone area which made grabbing Ubers or walking very accessible. The place is quite spacious and cozy. Everything is thoughtfully arranged (amenities, magnetic chargers in the bedrooms, bathroom supplies, kitchen, outdoor shower) and you can tell Greg pays attention to detail to make guests feel at home. Soundwise there is noise from the bar that is located right behind the backyard especially towards nighttime (our stay was Fri-Sun), but overall was not distracting. Concerning the sound decibel monitors, we played music on the main tv in the living room until quiet hours with no warning from the host. The backyard is spacious in itself with an outdoor bar with a tv, fireplace, and jacuzzi all lined by cozy twinkle lights. During our stay, Greg was a friendly, communicative, and wonderful host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara! 😄

We absolutely loved Greg’s place! He was accommodating in every sense of the word. As first time Airbnb users, we are extremely satisfied with the experience. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Check in was flawless. Rooms were great and beds were comfy. My children loved all the games. I would definitely book again!

This was my second time staying in Mississippi Gulfport and I am glad to have returned and have my stay at Greg’s instead of a regular hotel. Greg was very clear and detailed to ensure an easy check in, not only that but overall was communicative with house maintenance and any questions we had during our stay. I appreciated how clean the bathrooms were and how tidy the house was. The hot tub was a necessity after escaping the cold, the bar also has nice lighting for photos and a chill atmosphere to sip at. Easy drive to base didn’t feel too long and very close to grocery stores. I would recommend Greg’s to any one!

We had a great stay, perfect for me and two work colleagues. The house was super clean and stocked with everything we could need. The kitchen and family room are beautiful and were great to unwind as a group after being at a conference all day.

Great space and very modern. Location was good for convention center and Gaslamp area. Easy access for ride share services as well. Was secure. Really liked the decor and it didn't look like a typical Air B&B. Very up to date and had plenty of amenities if needed. Was very well furnished and fresh. Will try and stay there again on next visit to SD.

This was the perfect stay for a weekend in San Diego, it was walkable to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to. Plus, Curt's place was so nice and accommodated all of our needs! Great kitchen, great bar/games area, and a huge TV to watch on. Everything was so nice and all of the details added to our experience (heated toilet seats, need we say more).
