This place was top tier and looked just like as advertised. Everything was modern/new, the bathrooms were as clean as can be, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. In the heart of downtown, it’s walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and going out spots. This place definitely exceeded our expectations (we thought it was too good to be true at the listed price). The one frustration I had is my friend beat me at the arcade game!
We had the best vacation and this place helped make that happen!

This place was great, lots of amenities, from the jacuzzi to golf, darts, and foosball, they had plenty to keep us busy. Big bedrooms and large TV's, highly recommended, the neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Really nice place to stay.

My families stay at Greg‘s place was absolutely wonderful after a long drive from Virginia to come and see our sailor CB and to celebrate Thanksgiving with him.
His place was exactly as advertised. Greg himself was very personal and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and was the perfect place for our family gathering. I would definitely recommend this place in Gulfport and if we find ourselves coming there again will definitely book.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar mehr als erwartet, inklusive reichlich Kaffee. Auch die hilfreichen Beschriftungen in der Unterkunft haben mir sehr gut gefallen und machten die Orientierung super einfach. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Greg was an amazing host! Very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful, exactly what you see in the pictures and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was top notch and a perfect ending to our days. Lots of games and entertainment items for adults and kids!

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location couldn't be better — just a few blocks from the beach, so we were able to easily walk down and enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. It was also super convenient being so close to some fantastic restaurants and the Funk Zone. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, which made the trip more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action.

Greg’s place was an amazing stay, had plenty of amenities, and instructions for check in and easiness was great. The hot tub and barbecue was easy to use, and the general vibe of the location of immaculate. Highly recommend this place to book if you are visiting SB.

My family had a wonderful time at Greg's house. He was quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The location is perfect, easy walking to beach, restaurants and other nightlife. Having a parking spot onsite was also clutch. The house itself was as good as advertised: comfortable, spotlessly clean, and lot of amenities.
As mentioned in other reviews, there is a bar close to the property. Most nights noise was a complete non-issue but Friday they had a live band which played from 7:30-9:30pm. And it was loud, like couldn't hear the TV in the living room levels of loud. Thankfully after 9:30pm the noise levels went back to the usual quiet of the other nights but the kids struggled to sleep during those two hours. We realize that Greg has no control over that bar/noise but felt that other people (esp those with young kids) should be aware.
Having said that, we absolutely loved the property and would 100% stay here the next time we're in Santa Barbara.
